ModMed® Pay Simplifies Patient Payment Processing

Prior to having ModMed® Pay, we would have to run the system, the payment, and then we would have to then post it into the PM system. With ModMed Pay, we can just run the payment, it applies to the patient’s account and we don't have to do that extra step.

It is very nice to have a system that everything is integrated together. It makes the flow easier and faster, and the patients don't have to wait as long. 

I think our features that they like the most about ModMed Pay is the fact that we can set up the auto payment plan with them, because we do surgery as well. So we do have quite a few patients that are on a payment plan. So that helps with them being able to have surgery and see better, and it's easier on them.
