Training Customized to Your Practice

Sheri Allgeier, the CFO, expressed how smoothly the implementation process went for her practice and how positive the experience was.

We had really good trainers when we went live. We had somebody at every single site helping our front desk. We had trainers live with our physicians to help on how to manipulate through the system. Even prior to going live, we had trainers come in over the course of three or four weekends to be available for positions on learning the product. In addition, the front desk, phone staff, billing staff, there were trainers live at every single step of the way. The nice thing about ModMed is you don't have to go a specific way to get to what you're trying to achieve. There are multiple avenues that they can do, so they can go through a path that's convenient for their workflow. We have all of our employees trained in their particular section with an individual who is familiar with ModMed and to learn all the nuances. By getting them to interact with certain individuals, they can learn all the different processes and see which ones are more appropriate for them in their job role also.
