I’m Samantha Childs from Panhandle Orthopedics. I’m the billing administrator. My name is Nicole Mayo. I am with Panhandle Orthopedics. The reports and analytics that I use are, I use the productivity summary all the time. Breaking down anything and everything but really we’ve dug into all of them just being able, even like marketing like you can just see where your patients are or what you’re seeing them for, your age groups, it’s just very diverse in the information that you can find in that one area.

Just aside from financial, you can see what medications you’re prescribing, things we just couldn’t do before, you just be like “well I think we do a lot of this and we do a lot of that.” But to have the data to make those decisions because you know you can say you’re doing a lot of this or that but then to really see it is amazing. I think it has just opened up, you are able to confirm a lot of what you maybe did or didn’t know. It’s a great tool
