modmed BOOST is definitely innovative. They definitely are looking for new ways to make this easy, easier for the practices and less stress on the practice. In house billing was very confusing. Knowing what our revenue stream was for the month and how it compared to the month prior, with modmed BOOST it’s very streamlined. I meet with the advisor and he gives me a breakdown of what has transpired this month in comparison to last month. If there’s something that comes up prior to that meeting time, I can email him. And he’s very responsive. He gets back very quickly. It gives me peace of mind because I know that things are being taken care of. They’re also billing patients, which are previous in-house person, never billed patients. So we lost a lot of revenue with patient balances. So they keep on top of that as well. The doctor was very apprehensive about outsourcing billing. He just didn’t want to. And he now says to me, it’s the best thing we ever did. Just because we don’t have to worry. I mean, having that at the end of the month, knowing that everything is OK. Is a big relief. I would definitely recommend modmed BOOST.
