Here is a full transcript of the video:
We went on ModMed Pay a little over a year ago, and we have definitely enjoyed the change. We’re able to get our patients established with payment plans, and it's completely integrated. We do not have to do manual processes to ensure that we're collecting those payment plans. In addition, the funding, the dashboard completely associated with it has helped our staff be able to balance and reconcile on a daily basis. I use analytics on a daily basis as CFO. I'm constantly running reports to see where we are on charges, where we are on payments, where we are on cash. And so the use of analytics has enabled me to see across all levels of our divisions, our locations, because we have over 15 locations, to see how we're collecting at those sites and the ability to just manage daily cash flow, daily reporting and let the physicians know how we're doing overall for the practice as well. he use of our analytics, even from a clinical side, our physicians, for example, he had requested how many patients that he submitted for hearing aid evaluations, actually turn into a hearing aid delivery? So we've been able to use the clinical analytics side in order to show him his percentages of orders sent out versus orders fulfilled. On the financial side, the analytics piece is at my fingertips, and the ability to manipulate it in an Excel format provides any question that somebody may come to me about. I can easily find that information at the drop of a hat.
