My name is Sherry Allgeier. I'm the CFO for Sound Health Services. We currently have been on ModMed for close to five years. We decided to look at a new EMR platform when our old system was being retired, and we were also having to do an analysis between upgrading servers. So we were really definitely looking for a cloud-based system. We wanted something that was more robust for our physicians on documentation. We had heard from numerous practices that the documentation for physicians would be helpful for them. When we went live with them, the doctors were very impressed with how they could bring over certain things without having to constantly go back and forth between different charts. So the ability to go back and forth has helped our physicians be more efficient, get in and out of rooms a lot quicker, and still be able to go home and have a quality of life with their families. ModMed overall has saved time for my entire staff. If you even start at the top with our physicians and our providers, the ability to document quickly and go from room to room and be done with the prior patient even before and not having to do it in the evenings. In addition, the staff at the front desk, it's completely integrated on the collection of payments. The auto posting of copays and general funds. And then in addition, you know, I have next-day reporting in order to manage the financials. And by doing that, we have been able to eliminate workflows that were maybe duplicates and basically streamline everybody's job duties. So we're not doing a lot of the same things across different processes.
