I am Susan Miller. I'm the billing administrator for North Florida Center for Otolaryngology. We have three offices, an Ear, Nose and Throat office, Derm office and facial plastic surgery. RCM and BOOST helped streamline my processes to make my life easier in the billing office. ModMed BOOST handles our insurance side of our business. And with that, they take care of posting our insurance payments. They will get the denials before I even see them. They work the denials quicker with getting information back to the insurance companies to get the claim paid. They have even offered to sit in on a Google Meet with my partners to help explain the end of the month reports that I just couldn't get my doctors to understand.
