I’m Samantha Childs from Panhandle Orthopedics. I’m the billing administrator. My name is Nicole Mayo. I am with Panhandle Orthopedics. I’m our daily operations administrator. I think from a daily operations standpoint I mean you know being with my practice now for five years and having operated out of just, you know, a couple of different systems that long prior to coming with ModMed, it’s made a big difference for us.

Our front office staff experience I feel like overall has been very positive. It’s nice to know that everything’s in one location. It’s made the front desk be able to focus more on the patient. I think that we’ve been able to streamline a lot of our front desk processes. The PM system has helped with our claims and financial success with the fact that everything is live at your fingertips. It’s sortable. You can look at everything without running a paper report and having to sift through it and making check marks all over the place and “oh where did I leave off last time.”

I can see where things are what claims have been touched what hasn’t been touched. So it’s very easy to oversee the whole process in one place. Your staff logs into one thing every morning. Everybody operates within the same thing we’re all looking at the same thing functioning within the same piece. I mean it just has created so much more organization for our practice as a whole.
