Boca Raton, FL – December 23, 2014 – Modernizing Medicine, Inc., creator of the Electronic Medical Assistant® (EMA™), announced that the South Florida Business Journal selected the company as a finalist in this year’s Best Places to Work awards. This comes just a few months after the publication recognized Modernizing Medicine as one of the fastest growing companies in the state.
Finalists are determined through online surveys completed by employees, in which they describe how satisfied they are at the workplace. While there were over 200 nominations, only 40 companies made it to the final round. Honorees are divided among three categories (small, medium and large company), and they will then be ranked on a publicly available list.
“It’s incredibly gratifying to know that our staff is just as excited and pleased to be a part of this organization as I am,” said Daniel Cane, CEO and co-founder of Modernizing Medicine. “While we certainly aim to, and have been, growing at a rapid pace over the past few years, we have always aspired to maintain a quality work environment with a dynamic culture, and it’s wonderful to know that our staff believes we are doing just that.”
Modernizing Medicine has been recognized as a top place to work several times by a variety of industry and local publications, including Modern Healthcare and the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
Finalists will be recognized at a celebratory luncheon on February 26, 2015, when exact rankings will be revealed. Additional details about the Best Places to Work awards and the full list of honorees are available on the South Florida Business Journal’s website.
