Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still have the chance to review the data that patients enter in ModMed Kiosk?
Yes. Patient-entered data is not added to the patient clipboard until staff accepts it. Staff has the option to accept all changes in each section, accept individual changes or reject all changes.
Is ModMed Kiosk simple to use for patients who are not tech savvy?
We built our ModMed Kiosk app using a user-centered design process, with the goal of making the interface friendly and intuitive so that any patient can use it. The resulting design won the People’s Choice Award at the 2017 UX Summit.
